Integration Circles are a gentle space to land after completing the Woman Within Weekend.

These circles offer a bridge between the intensity of the Weekend and the life you’re returning to. They can be a soft place to process what’s emerging, explore what it all means, and begin to embody the shifts you’ve made. As with all Woman Within circles, these are a sacred container where you can be seen and heard without judgment, fixes, or advice. We encourage you to attend any of the Integration Circles as possible.

To participate, it is crucial that you are in a quiet, confidential setting and prepared to attend for the full two hours without distraction. This makes it safe for each woman to be vulnerable and share from her heart.
