The Woman Within Weekend®

The Woman Within Weekend® is a two-and-a-half-day experience for women. It provides a safe and nurturing environment for you to explore how your life could be different and to fully know and live the power of who you are. It’s an opportunity for you to look at the life you’ve created and to make choices about what you want to sustain, what you want to deepen, and what you want to release.

In this video, Woman Within: Helping women find their magnificence, Charlene and Christine Tosi talk about how Woman Within International is a 30 year old not-for-profit organization that delivers programs for women around the world with the mission of guiding women to find their magnificence and bring all of who they are to their relationships, family, and community.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Weekend price is set by each Region and includes accommodation, meals, and curriculum materials. The cost is $795 and includes food and lodging.

    We know that for many women, the cost is a challenge and we therefore offer partial Scholarships and payment plans if needed.
    More information on financial aid is available in the Registration link below.

  • The Weekend begins Friday at 6pm and typically ends Sunday around 4pm.

  • When you click the link below, you will be taken to a form to fill out your contact information. Please set aside about 10 minutes to complete the form.

    Once you have completed the form you will need to either place your deposit or pay in full. Please follow the instructions on the form to do so.

  • The Weekend offers a series of experiential activities, guided meditations and focused individual and group exercises. These processes have been carefully designed to help women find and access their inner power to support themselves in their daily lives.

    BEGINNING | Friday night: Register and settle in. Unplug from the everyday world by removing your watch, makeup and jewelry. Meet your group for the Weekend. Begin by reflecting on yourself and your life.

    GOING DEEPER | Saturday morning: Feel your emotions and inner conflicts. Touch upon what has brought you to the Weekend.

    TRANSFORMING | Saturday afternoon: Take an experiential challenge to embody your authentic self. For instance, you may choose to step into your strength, break through barriers or experience your untapped potential or wisdom.

    FINDING NEWNESS | Saturday night: Illuminate a new part of yourself. Be welcomed into the circle of women.

    RELEASING | Sunday morning: Feel losses from your life – and choose to forgive. Recognize your connection to nature, humanity and your innate ability to create what you want in life. See what it’s like to be affirmed as a woman. Express your joy.

    CELEBRATING | Sunday afternoon: Take part in a feast of affirmation, laughter and community. Learn about options for continuing your journey. Connect, acknowledge – and return to your life.

  • The Woman Within Weekend® is led by a team that includes a Weekend Leader, 6-8 Facilitators, 3 logistical leaders and anywhere from 20-30 staff members. The facilitation team goes through hands-on training that typically takes 7 to 15 years. Throughout their training, Facilitators go through a vigorous feedback process and are required to complete several leadership trainings. Woman Within Facilitation protocols are continuously improved based on feedback from women around the world. To create a circle of support, there are typically more staff members than participants – and all staff have attended the Weekend.

Staffing a Woman Within Weekend enriches your life

Give yourself the gift of supporting other women on their journey of self-discovery. Once you’ve completed your Weekend, you can come back and support others who are new to the Woman Within community as they reclaim their authentic selves.

Staffing is a gift you can give yourself and to women just beginning their Woman Within journey – in the U.S. or anywhere in the world. It’s a wonderful way to forge deep, lasting friendships and connection with other women seeking personal growth.

  • Woman Within Staff Training is required before staffing the Woman Within Weekend

  • Based on participation, in-person and/or virtual training sessions are available approximately one month prior to an upcoming Weekend

How does the Woman Within staffing application process work?

Woman Within Weekend staff are selected in our region following the Woman Within International staffing requirements and our regional policy.

  • An Application to Staff the Woman Within Weekend in the Colorado region should be submitted no later than 90 days prior to the event

  • You’ll receive notice approximately 45-60 days before the Weekend stating if you’ve been accepted for staffing, put on a wait list or advised to do other preparation before you staff

  • Requests received after the application deadline will be reviewed as needed
